About Us
Hawkins & Hawkins is a family owned, independent and multi-disciplined practice regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Offering a comprehensive range of property services, we specialise in Valuations, Surveying, Architectural Design and Project Management - built on the principle that on larger residential projects, the difference is made by having the full team under one roof.
We have an innovative, fresh and creative way of thinking and pride ourselves in tailoring every project to the individual needs of each and every client. We predominantly work with high value, large domestic projects and listed buildings, with a particular specialism in heritage property; where sensitive design, consents, conservation considerations and the right contractual approach all need to harmoniously come together.
Our architectural studio handles new builds, extensions, interior schemes and full heritage refurbishments, with 3D visualisation included as standard so you can see your project before any work begins on site. Our surveying side covers RICS building surveys, Red Book valuations, party wall matters, expert witness instructions and defect investigations - work that's relied on by private clients, solicitors and insurers across the South East. And our project management team takes you from first feasibility through to completion, acting as client agent, contract administrator or project manager on projects where you want a chartered professional protecting your interest at every stage.
Throughout all of it, our job is to make a complex process feel less so, explaining every survey, report and design decision in plain language so you can make confident choices about your project at every stage.
We're based from our head office in Sedlescombe, and service clients within the South East area including Hastings, St Leonards, Battle, Rye, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Brighton, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, London, Surrey and surrounding areas of Kent and London.
